Shipping calculated at checkout

Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously.

Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–7 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Available destinations, shipping charges and applicable taxes are determined by the order and shown before confirmation. Contact us if delivery information is unclear.

Tracking information is provided when available. For an incorrect address, delay, damaged parcel or delivery issue, contact us with your order number.
